Frankston Harbour development on the way

Urban DC have released plans for a second luxury development project for Frankston to be put forward to council. This follows the highly successful launch of the 9-storey development, Horizon just over 2 years ago. The new development Harbour will mimic the original high-end project and will be an evolution of its predecessor.
At 13 storeys high housing 107 apartments the development is slated for the old Pancake parlour site. Designed by Elenberg Fraser the tower will be topped with a 25m pool and rooftop pool deck, spa, gym with plenty of communal entertaining spaces including a wine room and entertainment lounge. There is also consideration to include a ‘beach club’ where residents can have access to kayaks and stand-up paddle boards.
Urban DC director Danny Ciarma stated “The market response to Horizon gives us great confidence in bringing our follow-up project Harbour to Frankston. It is very clear that locals are seeking the kind of premium, high-quality luxury living you might get in the inner city, but further down the coast,”
“We truly believe between the two of them, Horizon and Harbour will change the face of Frankston and reframe what people think about this evolving suburb.”.
