National coverage: Frankston station redevelopment and rail extension

Frankston was visited by both sides of politics yesterday. Jacinta Allan, Victorian Minister for Transport, announced the start of the Frankston train station rebuild and Prime Minister Malcom Turnbull urged an extension of the electric rail line.
